One of Cebu's best kept secrets is this Basque/Spanish restaurant. There's no sign outside but plenty of customers within as the prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Specialties are ovencooked lamb, squid in its ink, exquisite chicken, and plenty of bread and Spanish wine.
